Today marked a new day in EPIC history. We took classes online.
I’ll be honest, I was a little nervous. By the time I finally made it to my mat for David’s 4:30 Pm tonight and saw all of the familiar faces from our community, it felt like home.
I was at the studio today… it was surreal. I brought in the sign from downstairs, took out the trash, cleaned up a bit and turned down the heat. I’ve heard from other studio owners that they cried when they turned off the heat. I didn’t.
I know our community is not defined by the temperature on a thermostat, or a physical location. Today all of the yogis who showed up reminded me that we have a shared history. We have endured some challenging times, and I know we will all get through this.
