Yoga Class Descriptions
This vigorous, moving style of yoga is done in a room heated to 90 degrees. This yoga class will increase your strength, flexibility and endurance, but don’t worry; you don’t have to be as flexible as Gumbi to be able to do it. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, wrung out and refreshed. This yoga class is suitable for all levels. Class length will be 60, 75 or 90 minutes, as listed on the schedule (PY60=Power Yoga 60 mins).
This power yoga class is a quick hit to relieve tension, stress, and fatigue and set you up for the rest of your day. This 45 minutes class has all of the elements of our regular classes, yet in a condensed form. The room temperature is 80 degrees. You will leave feeling energized and ready to take on the world, yet not too sweaty!
Yoga for Athletes-
Our Yoga For Athletes Program, integrates movement, strength, and breath to help athletes access maximum efficiency and performance. Yoga will help improve balance, flexibility, strength and focus, while reducing injuries and recovery time. This yoga class is perfect for those with tight hips and shoulders, or those just wanting a deeper stretch in those common tight areas.
